Battle of Ages, by Sue Fink

ALL proceeds to benefit RAICES (Refugee & Immigrant Center for Education & Legal Services) until further notice. Song is inspired by the forces of greed, and those still willing to fight against them, for positive change.

Hello, friends!  I’ve just released a single:  it’s available as a download only, not part of a new album, and it’s about the times we live in.

I was disheartened, as I’m sure many of you are, by the constant onslaught of troubled news in our country.  But I’m also heartened to read of (and participate in) marches, protests, etc., of those who refuse to accept the status quo and want something better.

This song is about the meeting of those two forces.  I’m still feeling hopeful for a positive outcome.

You can hear the entire song, and (hopefully) download it, at this link:   https://store.cdbaby.com/cd/suefink7  You’ll note that the download price is a full $1.99 — still less than half a cup of your favorite coffee! — but that’s because I’m donating all proceeds to RAICES (Refugee & Immigrant Center for Education & Legal Services) until further notice.

On this track: Sue Fink, vocals & guitar; John Abbey, bass; Brian Wilkie, pedal steel. Recorded, mixed, & mastered by Bruce Roper at Little School Street Studio, Chicago.

The song is also available on iTunes, and eventually more places as well… and good news, my DOWNLOAD CARDS just arrived, which I’ll have available at shows!

As always, I thank you for your support.  Please check out my calendar… and my music… and hope our paths cross soon!
