Hello, friends… how are you? I hope everyone is surviving this very strange year…
Way back in March… seems like another lifetime ago, but: CD Baby closed its online music store, meaning I could no longer send folks there to listen to my music or purchase it. Since then, I’ve been using Bandcamp for that purpose, and am very pleased with it: You can easily “flit around” and listen to many musicians, download their songs, or purchase their albums as well. The first Friday of each month, Bandcamp foregoes taking their seller’s fee, so if you purchase any musician’s music there on a First Friday, you know that your payment goes directly to the artist. That’s pretty cool!
